Brandon Fleharty MHA, MSN, RN-BC, PMP, CPHIMS is a clinical informatics lead at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, NE. He previously worked as a staff nurse in neurosciences then transitioned to an analyst role on Nebraska Medicine's electronic health record team. Working with clinicians to enhance the EMR, Brandon developed a passion for process improvement through technology and has worked in his current role for over three years. To expand his knowledge of informatics and project management Brandon obtained my PMP and RN-BC informatics certifications. His MSN and MHA have provided extensive knowledge in nursing leadership and the business of healthcare. Brandon is passionate about developing technology that makes it easy for clinicians to safely care for complex patients.

HOST

Chelsea Parker RN, BSN, CMSRN was born and raised in Newport News, Virginia. She attended the University of Virginia and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Since then she has pursued geriatric and palliative care nursing and developed a love for general medicine, which is where her foundation for med-surg nursing was built. As a young nurse looking for ways to bridge engagement between generations of nurses, she is excited about what this podcast will mean for AMSN.
